Trade Connect collects the information needed to run a local services marketplace. This can include account details, provider profile information, service areas, quote request details, reviews, and basic usage information.

How we use information

We use this information to display provider listings, help customers contact providers, send quote request notifications, support account access, review listings for trust and safety, and improve the marketplace experience.

Sharing with providers

When a customer submits a lead or quote request, the customer details and message are shared with the selected provider so they can respond directly.

Location data

If you choose to use your current location, the app uses it to find nearby providers. Location access is controlled by your browser or device, and you can deny or revoke it at any time.
