Provider code of conduct.

Trade Connect providers are expected to communicate honestly, keep profiles accurate, and only offer services they are able and authorised to perform.

Be accurate

Keep service areas, pricing guidance, availability, qualifications, and contact details up to date.

Be lawful

Do not list, request, promote, or perform illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, exploitative, or unlicensed regulated services.

Be responsive

Reply to leads as quickly as practical and update lead status when customers have been contacted.

Be respectful

Treat customers fairly, communicate clearly, and avoid harassment, intimidation, spam, or misleading claims.
